Job Description:

Create & maintain users and roles, assign privileges. Database users access management. General technical trouble shooting. Database instance and listener status Client Connectivity Network Failures Backup of the databases. Recovery of databases. Set up and verification of new backup strategy. Database cloning. Database space management issues. Account alert monitoring. Database space report. Archive log generation. Data load from no oracle to oracle systems using SQL loader etc.Database tuning and performance monitoring of oracle databases.Health check and selfhealing best practices. Database incident support and service request support reported through existing alert ticketing mechanism. How to follow up with oracle support for fixing errors patch rollout.RAC introduction and overview. Regular Database administration & maintenance using RAC.
