Job Description	:	QualificationsQualifications IVR, VoIP Testing on Cisco ICM and CTI OS, UCMA (Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API), Microsoft Lync, Speech server Integration, Empirix Hammer IVR Test Tool, C# Must Have: Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Universal Interactive Voice Response (UIVR) Nice to Have: knowledge of VSTS, OCS & Lync, Dev testing experience
