Re: [ACEsthetics] how would you answer this?

We usually reply w something like this:

"Dear so and so- Thanks for the e-mail. We see numerous patients that
want to have a beautiful smile and would like to know what we can do to
help them. We can usually give our patients exactly what they want in a
short time frame. As far as the cost is concerned, it is difficult to
even guess without first seeing you because there are so many variables.
I think the best thing for you to do would be to come to our office for a
complimentary consultation. It will only take about an hour and we will
show you numerous cases we have done that are similar to yours. We will
give you all your options, answer any questions you may have, and go over
all the financial options we can offer you. I am going to forward this to
one of my team members so she can set up an appointment at your
convenience. Additionally, this is my personal e-mail so feel free to
contact me directly with any questions you may have. It will also benefit
you to go to www.###.com and take a look at our web site. Thanks again
for the e-mail and we all look forward to meeting you. "

Substitute in whatever the inquiry is about where it says "a beautiful
smile". The goal is to get them into your office so they can get to know
you. Its much better and easier to answer their questions in person.
BTW- all of our NP consultations are no charge, so if you want to charge
substitute whatever you want there as well.
