As an employer, my belief is that degrees are meant to get you an interview call, your appointment is dependent on your performance during interview (some times comparative) and your stay and growth in the organization depends on your performance translated into KRA.

I dont think so sir. Degrees are important but at the same time knowledge and presence of mind is also important. This is my perception, it can ve different for some others as well.
