Holy See and the government of Cameroon sign legal Agreement

Vatican City, January 13, 2014 (Zenit.org) | 272 hits

The Holy See and the government of Cameroon have signed a legal agreement regulating relations between the Catholic Church and the African state.

The Vatican said the signing of a “framework agreement” on the “legal status of the Catholic Church in Cameroon” took place Jan. 13 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cameroon in the capital Yaounde.

“The agreement, which consists of nine articles, regulates the relationship between the Church and the State who, within a framework of the independence and autonomy of both parties, undertake to work together for the moral, spiritual and material wellbeing of the human person and for the promotion of the common good,” the Vatican statement read. “It will come into effect upon signing, in accordance with article 9 of the same Agreement.”

The agreement was signed, on behalf of the Holy See, by Archbishop Piero Pioppo, apostolic nuncio to Cameroon, and for the Republic of Cameroon, by Pierre Moukoko Mbonjo, minister for External Relations.

The legal agreement, which is expected to harmonize and facilitate the presence of the Church in the country, follows a visit by President Paul Biya in October. The Cameroonian leader, who was personally invited to come to the Vatican by Pope Francis himself, is said to be a strong proponent of interreligious dialogue in a country where large Christian and Muslim populations peacefully coexist.

Catholics number over 5 million in the country, with five ecclesiastical provinces.

The Spirit of the Anti-Christ

Dear friends, the WORD of God is INFALLIBLE.

The Lord God is his word.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  2. The same was in the beginning with God.

Joh 1:1-2

The Word of God is not only settled in heaven but the Lord God swears by his word. God is in covenant with his word. God watches over his word to perform his word and he is in a hurry to perform his word by his word.

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

Ps 138:2

Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven

Psalms 119:89

Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

Jer 1:12

The Lord God changeth not.

Were the Lord God changeable and malleable he would be like unto the devil.

It is the WORD of God that is INFALLIBLE!

Not the Pope!!!!

And the WORD became flesh and dwelled among us.

And the Jesus the Ha-Mashiach or Jesus the Messiah is the Word of God!

Hence, by the Eido or awareness inherent in basic Trinitarian doctrine, it stands to reason that Jesus is the Word of God and Jesus is God. Hence God became flesh and dwelled among us.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

John 1:1-4

Verse 14. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

The Word of God is not about facts.

The Word of God is truth.

Joh 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

The word of God admonishes us to be alert.

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

2Co 2:11

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

1Pe 5:8

The alertness of any Christian is grounded on his or her ability to test any spirit, test any teaching, test any doctrine, and test any dogma using the Word of God as in the Bible. Anything not founded and grounded in the Word of God cannot be true.

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world

(1John 4:1-3)

The “Antichrist” is commonly believed to be a specific person who will rise up in the last days and, filled with demonic power, lead the world astray (this is true, and described in the Book of Revelation).

But the Bible also reveals that there is a “spirit of the Antichrist “which is already at work in the world, even as it was in John the Apostle’s time (1John 2:18-23; 4:1-3). This demon spirit opposes the truth of who Jesus is and what He accomplished at the Cross. Disguised to appear acceptable, this spirit works through willing vessels to lead people astray.

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

(2Cor 11:13-15).

The main strategy used by the spirit of the antichrist to oppose Jesus Christ is clearly identified in the Bible: The spirit of the antichrist denies the “incarnation” [God the Son taking on human flesh] of Christ and denying what he did for us on the cross.

1 John 2. 18. Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour… Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

(1John 2:18, 22, 23).

In the Gospel of John (1:1-14), the Son of God is described as “the Word” Who is eternal in nature and coexistent with God. God the Son was the primary Agent in creation (v.3) and in Him is salvation (v.4). The Son of God came into our world so that mankind might be saved through Him (vs.10-13) and He took on the form of human flesh(read also Romans 8:3; Galatians 4:4; Philippians 2:5-8; Hebrews 2:14; 10:5).

Jesus, the Son of God, was born into our world according to the plan of God (Gen 3:15; Isa 7:14; Acts 2:23; Gal 4:4, 5) for the purpose of taking on our sins (Rom 5:9-11; 2Cor 5:21) and paying for them at the Cross (1Cor 15:3, 4). By dying in our place, Jesus provided our salvation and our restoration back to God through faith in Christ (Acts 4:12; Rom 1:16, 17; 1Thess 5:9, 10).

As far as God is concerned, we are now morally upright, nay righteous, and even holy in the eyes of God.

Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. 21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;  26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. 29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: 30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

 Ro 3: 20-31

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Isa 54:17

The spirit of the antichrist denies that Jesus was God come in the flesh, and thus attempts to remove our confidence in what Christ accomplished.

For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist

(2John 7)

The antichrist now preaches a form of morality, spirituality and wellbeing, by treaty, outside Christ and the Holy Spirit. These demons deny Christ because salvation through faith in Christ, His atoning work on the Cross, and His victorious resurrection, are the very foundation of Christianity.

By denying that Christ was the Son of God come in the flesh, the spirit of the antichrist is denying that Jesus the Christ was actually God in human form. To deny this is to reject the work that Jesus Christ accomplished – the payment for our sins with His own blood, as a sinless sacrifice, through His actual death (1Pet 1:18-21) and resurrection.

Some false religions acknowledge that Jesus was perhaps a “great prophet”. But they do NOT believe that Jesus was, and is, the only Son of God sent to earth in human form to die for the sins of humanity and then be resurrected from the dead. Many believe that Jesus was just one more prophet in a long line of prophets.

Many acknowledge that Jesus was a “great moral teacher”. But they do not accept His very clear teachings – that Jesus is God (John 8:58; 10:30-33) and that salvation is possible ONLY through Him (John 14:6).

Whereas, salvation in Christ is God’s especial empowerment through the Holy Spirit to overcome the wiles of the devil.

Demons know that God is real, that Jesus Christ is truly God (Mark 3:11; Luke 8:26-29), and that He is the sacrificial Son of God through whom we have salvation. Therefore, demon-inspired false religions and cults fervently deny that God the Son came in the flesh and paid for our sins; they deny this in order to keep humanity in darkness regarding the true and only way of salvation (John 1:4; 8:12).

We are now in very perilous times where men and some so-called churches attempt to change the word of God. They are aided in this exercise by the devil. Once more, this is the workings of the spirit of the Anti-Christ who is even now in the world.

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

1Jo 2:18

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist that denieth the Father and the Son.

1Jo 2:22

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

1Jo 4:3

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

2Jo 1:7

The Lord God says, honour the Sabbath and keep it holy. Men now say honour the Sunday. Some say honour the Saturday. The Lord God says in Lev 18:22. Thou shall not practice homosexuality, it is an abominable sin. Men in their churches now say modernity has come so pederasty is okay. They coin a fancy word called homophobia to describe that they strive to sanctify themselves with the word of God!

This is not the first time that this religious organization is tampering with the Word of God. The Lord God not only spoke his commandments but he wrote them down. With his own fingers! Then a Papal Bull changed it! Under a profanity called Papal Infallibility. Whereas, it is the word of God, and hence the Lord God himself, that is infallible. Not the Pope.
