Believable or not, this is not funny. Any adult who let this happen or whose negligence allowed this possible, should be held liable for child abuse or negligence. Is this in the Cameroons where, "rien n'est impossible"? Could the publisher give the audience or readership more information about these children who could have been us when we were their age?
