Honesty, integrity, dutifulness and accountability are the main
characteristics to obtain desired outcomes.

See the ICS officers of British Raj and present IAS/IPS officers in
India. Compare the achievements of ICS officers (who were British,
made efficient administration)during the span of 90 years 1857-1947,
and 1 the span 1947 to 2014 (67 years). Where do we stand? The
reason is we are not working for nation but for individual violating
all rules and regulations, scams after scams and full of corruptions
focused towards self-gains. What then are expecting to happen? The
law of the land, administrating and public are responsible for this
sorry state of affairs. No outsiders will save us, help us, it is we
who have set the things right for the nation at any cost,
sacrificing interests of 1-2 generations. Are we prepared?

IPS, IFS,   personals also since there are a good number
of inefficient, corrupt officials. By
merely passing an examination a person can not be dedicated to his

following the British style which should be replaced by a new
