Text and Cases ' has been released by the publisher, McGraw-Hill Education. The
salient points of the book are as follows :



1. It is a comprehensive text with an analytical approach.

2. Ten new class-tested cases have been added in this edition, making a total of
55 number of cases.

3. A very large number of examples from national and international organizations
are included that would help students in better understanding of theoretical
concepts and techniques.



4. The teaching supplements, viz. online companion website ( OLC ) or the

objective-type questions, as well as, case notes for chapter-end and integrated
cases.



5. The teaching support consists of chapter-end summary; conceptual, objective-
