No wonder, the father of Scientific Management has divided the work force in to two compartments "Thinkers
(industry specific-mental- skills)" and "Labor (job specific-physical-skills) ", e.g., a gangman working on
railway-track is paid something like Rs 15000 pm, whereas, Chief Engineer something like Rs 1.5 lakhs, a
peon or attendant in an institute is paid Rs 15000 but Principal is paid something like Rs. 1.5 to Rs 2
lakhs pm.

We do not have National Wage Policy. In communist countries the ratio between the lowest and highest salary
is manintained low. In capitalist countries some workers draw more pay than CEO!
