 I agree with you.sir . besides this when a disabled candidate has to furnish a new ph certificate every time when he /she  is selected in a govt job  according to the organisation . this causes problem to it .this could be replaced by general format which suffices its purpose and thus also help it. also the reservation to be increased from 3  % to 10% since the people have also increased since the act came into being in 1995.also this reservation should be strictly followed by private players.

EVERY YEAR WE OBSERVE THE WORLD DISABILITY DAY. DISABLED PERSONS HAVE  BEEN INSPIRED BY THIS PROGRAMME. BUT NEITHER NGO'S NOR GOVT.

IS TAKING CARE OF THESE PERSONS & NEGLECTED IN EVERY SPHERE.

FOR EXAMPLE : WHEN A PWD STUDENT IS ENCOURAGED TO JOIN IN ANY ACADEMIC INSTITUTE DUE TO INSUFFICIENT SUPPORT OF TEACHER & STUDENT (FRIENDS) HE OR SHE SUFFERED A LOT . SOMETIMES STUDENTS ARE TEASING

& FACULTIES ARE  NOT GIVING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THOSE CHILDREN.AS A RESULT THEY ARE DEPRIVED OF GETTING GOOD EDUCATION.

WE ARE HAVING BRILLIANT PWD STUDENTS IN OUR COUNTRY . IF THEY ARE GIVEN A CHANCE DEFINITELY THEY WILL SUCCEED

SO RESERVATION OF 3% TO 10 % SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO  PWD CANDIDATES BY AMENDING  PWD ACT 1995. WITH TOP PRIORITY BASIS.

PLEASE TAKE UP THE MATTER AS A SENSITIVE ISSUE FOR THE WELFARE OF PWD STUDENTS IF POSSIBLE.
