Dear professional colleagues,

I fully agree with Prof.K.Paranjpe.

Teaching itself requires full time involvement.
If at all consultancy work would come through as mentioned in one
of the mails earlier, where there were no takers,the reason could be 
that the corporate entities will not wait for a long time to get the work done
which in turn will clash with teaching.Otherwise the corporate entities 
must co-operate until the work is finished at the pace of the academics,
which is very rare to happen.

Moreover ,teaching is not just a job, it is a calling!

subjects at pg level. Infrastructure zero. He is expected to do bring his own laptop. Buy
his own books as all books are not bought by college, pay huge registration fees to
conference fdp research paper and to research guides too from own pockets, adjust class
before taking a leave, absence of research work leave, Do some clerical job too like exam
form filling, proctorship, exam duty, question paper answering, do online attendance
entry in outdated software, no proper salary scales only with consolidated pay,no
motivation, recognition, compensation. Pleasing boss by saying yes sir to everything.End
if it he becomes entrepreneur only by leaving teaching 😊
