Just recommending 80/20 rule is not sufficient and enough. Think about the other dimension in terms of absolute numbers. The gap between the 80s and 20s is widening rapidly that is a dominating concern. For instance:

Year No. of Faculties 80% 20% Gap absolute

1985 50 40 10 30

2015 300 240 60 180

Is Pareto analysis applicable to live stock in general, save a very very rare few 'Hatake'?

Dear Virendraji

Very well said. The Pareto principle applies here too - around 80% of persons in the government are corrupt and around 20% are honest. We need to identify the honest persons, network with them, nurture relationship with them and make them our supporters and well-wishers. It really works. This is how I and many like me have managed to survive and "grow" despite all the problems.
