One easy solution is to provide options on line. It is not necessary that students should come to campus for every lesson. Focusing on learning outcomes is more important than attendance.

What do you do to assist students who miss your class for legitimate reasons such as participation in athletics, attend a conference, or travel home for a family emergency? Are they left like that or some remedial measures (productive) are taken .
