For disruptive change , we need a complete change of the architecture ...  And this starts  with the fundamental concept of what sort HE provision should we aspire for. This requires a change in mindset..... From delivery to becoming Enablers .

Everyone seems to be talking about disruption. Like "startup" and "funding", "disruption" has become a part of our daily parlance and evinces a strong sentiment among the entrepreneurial enthusiasts.
