 I am also in quest of an answer for these questions. Here in many institutes we see that some teachers teaching Mathematics, Accountancy and Finance have lomg sessions and give heavy assignments for the students and teach them like private tuition centre classes. I dont if this is necessary and many students feel that they had lost their passion towards those subjects which have been taught in this manner. Just wanted to get an answer for the same.
