Training alone will not do. Trainings are the opportunity to go for picnic . Faculty must appear for competency evaluation process.

The first and foremost transformation needed for Indian Higher Education is the extensive compulsory yearly training for the faculty members and making the faculty members accountable towards the students and the nation.
