our system is educating students to work in Corporate, technologies and  follow systems not to educate students to create technologies,  not to setup new company, not to lead system

Education system educate students to 

understand values of Indian heritage, 

develop technologies, 

create the system and lead the system.

As a faculty, we should 

allow students to go outside of class rooms

allow students to imagine

allow students to create ideas

allow students implement ideas

hope India will be Real India in 2025

The first and foremost transformation needed for Indian Higher Education is the extensive compulsory yearly training for the faculty members and making the faculty members accountable towards the students and the nation.
