Dear people
The recent arguments for and against the right to Self determination and Restoration of the sovereignty and independence of the Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia portrays that there's actual progress going, on be it on the ground or in the air, it doesnt matter. If there is no actions there will be no discussion. No smoke without fire its said.
Those proposing more time to be given the "government" for solutions, may have been missing something or prefer to behave like ostridges, by simply hiding their heads in the sand but believing they are hiding completely from harm.
Even those living in Jupiter or Mars away from this earth, must have seen, read and appreciated the patience Ambazonians /Southern Cameroonians have exercised during the slavery and in the process of resolving this political and social imblioglio of the wrongful occupation and annexation of BSC by LRC.
Our people have been equated and referred to as communists in the 60s and 70s, and now as terrorists and or extremists, thanks to the capitalist tools orchestrated to control the world through rogue regimes, inplanted for the purpose.
Today unlike yesteryears, the Western powers always conspire to check the expansion of communism or socialism in newly independent states or frustrate the process of decolonisation before its too late.
Southern Cameroons was such a victim, and reasons why the CIA finally adopted the Franco grande plan to concolonise and check the increasing socialist influence within the Southern Cameroons pro independent nationalist leadership.
So from time immemorial, Southern Cameroons leaders have suffered repeated humiliations, maiming, imprisonment, politically motivated disapperances and assasinations before and after the unholy union in 1961.
Ahidjo used the French anti terrorism act of 1955 which was formulated into law in 1962 to crush any opposition from outspoken leaders against the master plan, of taking over the sovereignty of the new state of Southern Cameroons.
They ( Fr/LRC) couldn't have succeeded without the camouflage of a Federal Union and accompanied Machiavelli tactics.
To add salt to injury, the terms of the socalled Union were never respected by one party, particularly Art. 47 of the Federal constitution, that prohibited the dissolution of the Federal structure. The situation was worsen by the restoration law of 1984, that wipe off any vestiges of any Union by changing the name from United Republique of Cameroon to La Republique du Cameroun. No excuse but complete annihilation!
That said, the people of Southern Cameroons/Ambazonia have always kept the flame of their plight burning and never failed to agitate against the persistent and systematic encroachments into their Anglo Saxon heritages and francophone attempts of complete assimilation and enslavement. The facts released by some concerned citizens speak for itself.
How can the oppressed people and victims of repeated abuses take the blame for standing up for their fundamental rights?
What really matters to me and others who now believe that the only solution to the 56 years of kilking us softly as with dreaded Cancer without any form of therapy, is the fact that we now realise and accept amputation or die with the disease.
The second option is what most Southern Cameroons' independence negators and la republique's one and indivisible apologists are prescribing. They advice us to take paracetamol and calm the pains rather than go for full scale surgical operation that will restore goodhealth and harmony in the whole body.
For this class of persons be informed that for 3 decades BiMvondo has lost all the golden opportunities presented by emminent people of goodwill from Southern Cameroons including francophones, the SCNC/SCARM/CANSA-SCYL and several international emmisaries and organisations (UN, AU, EU, Commonwealth, HRwatch, IRC, etc) to organise and recreate a better political terrain for an all inclusiveness dialogue and abandon the achaic Napoleonic/ Gaullist imposition of 1961 and cosmetically revised in 1972/96. Yet
the chief priest naively chose to continue the old game of naked territorial annexation and occupation of another territorial entity against international law, despite warnings from the UN GA president in May 2010.
Thats why the only solution and outsource to our plight and fate in the face of this nonchalance from the regime is immediate self determination. Period!
