Duration: 12+ months

• DBA to support any Oracle database issue including RAC and non-RAC;

• Oracle E-Business Suite DBA for production support;

• Directly work with other team members (including SA, Infra, Golden Gate along with BSA and Development team);

• Provide client's technical experience in Unix to Linux platform migration;

• Assist client to create and validate architecture scope, definition, design and build;

• Help in defining, creating and maintaining the target (Linux) technical infrastructure environment;

• Assist in designing and developing cost effective solutions that meet technical and performance requirements;

• Identify gaps and omissions in the end-to-end Linux technical architecture;

• Assist client to document and communicate the status of progress against Project plans and recommend corrective actions, as necessary;

• Review application technical documentation to verify compliance with architectural requirements, standards

Position: Geo Data Analyst
Location: MTV
Skybox Imaging is looking for an experienced geospatial data analyst to lead the optimization of image collection schedules for Skybox revolutionary imaging satellites. The data analyst shall have a demonstrated record of managing schedules by leveraging varied data sources.
Experience fine-tuning output from data systems, and scoring probabilities of success to meet customer needs, with strong emphasis on cloud analysis and forecasting is required.
Candidates should have experience with mission planning systems, remote sensing, and especially GIS tools.
Familiarity with satellite command and telemetry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities overview
- Satellite planning - map orbit to orbit orders - weather constraints
- Loading data into a GIS tool
- Analyzing data
- Layering on data sources and comparing data

In depth
- Work closely with Google Collection Planner to understand and execute upon project
goals.
- Monitor daily production, collect and analyze data in order to recognize trends and
potential problem areas.
- Assess and document existing processes; implement and evaluate changes to existing
processes designed to enhance productivity or quality and in addition develop new
processes as required.
- Create production schedules and ramp-up projections.
- Train on tool and remain an expert in order to lead team training updates and respond to
team questions.

Requirements
- Experience in Geographical data is a must.
- Geography Degree is strongly prefered
- 5+ years of experience
- Should have working knowledge of Python (1-2 years of fundamental experience)
- Familiarity with scheduling systems in a satelite platforms
- GIS tools - Working knowledge arcGIS
- Experience using GDAL, KML s, Google App engine and SDK, & STK .
